Processing Time
All of our candles, spiritual tools, and handcrafted products are made to order with care and intention.
Please allow 3–6 business days for processing prior to shipment.
Custom ritual preparations or large orders may require an additional 2–4 business days.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. Whisper & Flame is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Whisper & Flame is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier for reimbursement.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products each item being handcrafted, spiritually prepared, and energetically customized all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can promptly assist you with a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Items
If a mistake was made on our part, we will correct it immediately at no additional cost to you.
